Financial Performance:
In its board meeting held on October 12th, 2010 concluded an initial agreement to acquire a 51% stake in Lotus Hotels & Resorts. It also announced in a release sent to Egyptian Exchange (EGX) that it would buy back 2,827,328 local shares (treasury stocks) during the period from May 10th, 2011 through June 9th, 2011. Co. approved the distribution of EGP 0.40 per share as cash dividends for the fiscal year 2010.
