Developed to become 12 companies serving the fields of agriculture, production, pharmaceuticals, investment and education, with a focus on biodynamic methods developed to suit the different Egyptian climates.
Brands 'Isis' & 'Sekem' (medical herbs) & Conytex (Ready made garments for children) are exported worldwide. Sekem Initiative aims to meet today.s challenge of sustainable human development by contributing towards a comprehensive advancement of the individual, the community and the environment.
To take advantage of its leadership position in the organic market, Sekem is planning to invest US$45 million for (i) preparation and cultivation of about 2,500ha of land (ii) expansion of capacities in food and herb drink production, & (iii) expansion of capacities for its natural remedies production (collectively the .Project.).
