CI Capital Holding, one of the leading investment banks in Egypt, with L.E. 550 million of paid in capital, became a wholly owned subsidiary of CIB in July 2008, thus creating Egypt.s largest fully integrated banking and financial services group.
This new structure leaves CI Capital well-positioned to benefit from the unique advantage of being the only fully fledged investment bank arm of a large commercial bank.
